This policy covers examopotamia.com. It says what we collect, why, and what you can ask of us. We have kept it short and plain on purpose.

01Who we are
Examopotamia is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@examopotamia.com or on WhatsApp at +44 7551 289190.
02When you book a demo
We ask for your name, company and email, and, if you want, a phone or WhatsApp number and a note. We also keep what you choose in the form (company size, products, online or at our office), the time you book, your time zone and your language. We use these only to arrange and hold the demo and to answer you. We may do so because you asked us to, before any contract.
03Visit statistics
We count visits and a few button presses, such as opening the booking form, to learn what helps visitors. For each we record only the day, the country (from the network, never your exact location), the language, the website you came from and whether you use a phone, tablet or computer. We use no cookies, do not store your IP address and cannot tell one visitor from another. We do this in our legitimate interest of improving the site.
04What stays in your browser
Your language choice is saved in your own browser. What you type in “Ask about our products” and “Describe your mess”, and the name you write in the stars, is handled in your browser and is never sent to us.
05Who handles data for us
Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps the booking calendar. Zoho delivers our email. Both act only on our instructions and may process data outside your country, under the safeguards they provide, such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data, show advertising, or use trackers from Google, Meta or anyone else.
06How long we keep it
Bookings are deleted automatically 90 days after the demo date. Emails about your demo stay in our mailbox while we are in touch, and we delete them when you ask. Visit statistics contain no personal data.
07Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to receive a copy, or object to how we use it. Write to info@examopotamia.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority, in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
08Changes
If we change this policy, we change it on this page and update the date at the top.
